Mr Wilfred Lau, founder of Palmeco, was invited to be the lead speaker at a seminar for the Hong Kong Institute of Architects. His talk, entitled Material Innovation and Building Sustainability, centred on the ascent of Palmeco and its innovative building material products, and why the global construction industry needs green, sustainable building materials.
The seminar covered Lau’s career journey from his practicing years as an architect through to his entrepreneurial success as an innovator. Fostering a mindset for innovation and creativity, Lau shared his insights on how architects can be inspired by thinking sustainably for their own endeavours.
