Palmeco strives to enhance the efficiency in construction industry and reduce carbon emissions through the development and production of innovative building materials and application systems.
Jointly developed by Palmeco team and NAMI, The Palmeco Ultra-lightweight Wall Panel has been list on the pre-approved list of Construction Innovation and Technology Fund (CITF) in August 2022.
CITF provides resources to encourage wider adoption of innovative construction methods and technology in the construction industry with a view to promoting productivity, uplifting built quality, improving site safety and enhancing environmental performance.
The Palmeco Ultra-lightweight Wall Panel is composed of the Palmeco Master Board and Geo-insulator. The Palmeco Board utilizes the palm fruit fiber waste to upcycle as an innovative and eco-friendly building material and has been granted invention patents in China, Singapore and Australia. Compared with the production process of traditional concrete, the energy consumption and carbon emissions of the Palmeco Geo-insulator are only 10% of that.
The Palmeco materials does not contain formaldehyde and other harmful substances, which are truly healthy and environmentally friendly.
Product Description:
The Palmeco Ultra-lightweight Wall Panel is a lightweight prefabricated wall panel system in 600mm x 1200mm standard size that incorporates a solid inner panel for thermal and sound insulation to save installation time. The wall system is suitable for internal and external use.
