deTour, an annual Hong Kong design festival, is using Palmeco’s Geo-Insulator as the exhibition’s partition block. Exhibition designer Architecture Common and curator Trilingua Design chose the innovative insulation material for its green attributes, reflecting the spirit of this year’s eco-friendly theme.
Developed by Palmeco, with R&D support from NAMI and funding from HKITC, the Palmeco Geo-Insulator won gold at the 47th International Exhibition of Inventions in Geneva, Switzerland in April 2019.
Come and see the innovative Geo-Insulator for yourself at PMQ, 35 Aberdeen Street, Central. The exhibition celebrates the works and ideas of local and overseas designers and creative talent. Organised by creative hub PMQ, and sponsored by CreateHK of the HKSAR government, 2020’s festival is currently running from 27 November to 6 December.
